Earlyne Etta Sanders Rios, age 76, passed away peacefully, at her home in Sacramento on August 9, 2018. Earlyne was a native of Texas born June 2, 1942 in Odessa to Homer and Katherine Sanders. Devoted Wife of William "Bill" Rios, Mother of Raquel (Jeffrey), Angelique (Kevin-Deceased)(George); Grandmother of Grandchildren, William "Gabriel" (Thu), Ryan (Megan), Sergius (Kimberly), Astiana (Timothy) and Vincent (Kristel) and Great-Grandchildren Anthony, John, Kaden, Juven, Ryder, Shane, Viola and Sebastian. Survived by Sister, Dorothy "Dottie" Nelson (Keith-Deceased). She will be missed by all who knew her and forever loved.
